Spacious yet very cozy four bedroom, two bath cedar mountain home amidst the evergreens in the heart of breath-taking Lake Tahoe. Located just a few blocks from the Lake …only about ˝ mile. Near by Patton’s beach offers a wonderful beach area with picnic tables; an incredible panoramic view of the Lake with a gorgeous back drop of the mountains and the evergreens. What a setting!! The house has an open floor plan; very conducive for visiting whether you are sitting by the wonderful wood burning fireplace in the heart of the great room, playing games at the dinning area table or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. The dining table expands to seat 10. The flat screen TV has a convenient swivel arm that is great for watching your favorite show or DVD from many areas of the great room. Relax with a book and soak up the sun, at the beach or right from the deck at the cabin. Outdoor chairs are available to take with you to the beach or to relax at the cabin’s peaceful mountain setting. Enjoy the fresh mountain air filled with the tranquil fragrance of the pines and cedars while being mesmerized by the quaking aspens…or just listen to the quiet. **7 Minutes from Northshore Stateline, Nevada Casinos.

Rental Conditions
Reservation Policy: To
reserve the dates a signed contract and ˝ the rental fee is required. Three weeks before the date of
arrival, the second ˝ of the rental fee is required plus a $500 security
deposit.
Cancellation Policy: 45 day
full money return minus any transaction fees. If we recover any of the dates, the amount of each day recovered will be returned. If we can't rent after
that date the ˝ rental fee is not refunded. After three weeks before the date and
we can't rent, then the full rental fee is not refunded. The security fee will
be returned. There may be exceptions and you can purchase trip insurance on
the internet.
There is a $125
Cleaning Fee deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.
